Wayne is the Quality Assurance Officer responsible for guaranteeing that the design intent and quality are satisfactorily realised. His main responsibility is quality monitoring, which includes reporting to the project designer and architect and doing site inspections. In order to meet the demands of the client and the project professional team, his role is maintained across all building disciplines.

To formalise the design concept, more research on the target market, brand, and location is conducted based on the client’s requirement. To begin the design development process, the design language is developed using renderings of mood, materials, palette, and previous research.

Following approval of the concept, 2D sketch layouts are created to accommodate the concept and brief in the available area. Once the sketch layout has been approved, 3D design and development can begin. Examining finishes, form, shape, and design components to make the idea a reality.
Throughout the process, the client participates to offer suggestions regarding the style and feel of the design.

Technical documentation begins as soon as the client approves the design proposal. This includes a comprehensive technical construction bundle that includes all the details the building contractors need to complete the design perfectly.

The client is given an estimated budget based on the conceptual design. Following the completion of technical documentation, a final budget is finalized through a rigorous tender procedure and sent to the customer for approval.

Once the project starts, the Fervour Designs team gets highly involved. The Fervour Designs team is responsible for project management and on-site management during the building phase.
The Fervour Designs team will be on site setting up all the last things the week before handover. We feel that we must be there on site to make sure everything is completed in accordance with our vision because we are passionate about every design.

Every project at Fervour Designs is intended to be finished on schedule and within budget. The customer will be guided through important information and documentation, including maintenance manuals, warranties, and compliance documents, during an efficient handover.
